- Profile and configuration data (team zones, roles, preferences)
- Communications you send to us (support requests, demo inquiries)
- Payment information processed through our payment provider (Stripe)

- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Device information (device type, operating system)
- Usage data (features used, alerts triggered, session duration)
- Location data (only when you explicitly check in during an active service session)

- Service providers who assist in delivering the Service (Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for payments, Twilio for notifications)
- Your organization's administrators — organization admins can see member activity within their org

- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at ck@nextcadence.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies and browser storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
